My career path has been defined by two passions: building and teaching. It began in the Santa Cruz mountains, where I spent my early years doing hands-on construction and remodeling. That experience gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of the real-world safety challenges faced on a job site.
As my journey continued, I earned a degree in Music Composition and spent years teaching music. This chapter gave me a unique perspective on how to convey complex information in an engaging and memorable way. I learned that whether you’re composing a piece of music or a training video, the goal is the same: to create a clear, impactful message that resonates with your audience.
These two worlds converged as I pursued my passion for safety, earning my CHST certification and working as a full-time Safety Supervisor. It was here that I saw a critical gap in the industry. Far too many companies rely on generic, outdated training videos that fail to connect with their workers.
That's why I founded Pro Safety Productions. My mission is to bridge that gap by combining on-site safety expertise with high-end video production skills. I create custom, engaging training content that not only meets compliance standards but also empowers your team with the knowledge they need to stay safe.
